Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and supervise all daily functions of the facility during weekend shifts to ensure seamless workflow.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and motivate a diverse team of employees, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce comprehensive weekly reports for senior management.
- Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of escalation for operational issues, implementing effective solutions immediately.
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate staffing and inventory resources to meet business demands and minimize waste.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of service delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a related corporate field.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading teams effectively and driving performance results.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to groups.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office Suite and enterprise management software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
