Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and workflows during weekend shifts to ensure complete business continuity and efficiency.
- Manage, mentor, and supervise a team of 5-10 corporate associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to enhance operational output.
- Act as the primary point of contact for inter-departmental communication and external client inquiries during weekend hours.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance across all departments.
- Prepare and review weekly operational reports, highlighting achievements and identifying areas for optimization.
- Coordinate with the Monday-Friday management team to ensure seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate operations, logistics, or team leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully managing weekend shifts or rotating schedules.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy and problem-solving skills.
