Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and logistical functions during weekend shifts.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of corporate professionals to ensure high performance.
- Monitor operational metrics and prepare detailed weekly performance reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate policies, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for weekend client inquiries and internal stakeholders.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and facility maintenance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate operations or team management.
- Proven track record of leading weekend or shift-based teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
