Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily corporate workflows and operational logistics during weekend shifts.
- Process incoming data, invoices, and client requests with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with the Monday–Friday team to ensure seamless handover of tasks and information.
- Prepare and submit weekly operational reports and performance metrics.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all documentation and deliverables.
- Maintain and organize digital filing systems and physical archives.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and providing general departmental support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate, administrative, or customer service role.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a rotating schedule.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
