Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all corporate operations activities during weekend shifts.
- Process incoming data, invoices, and administrative documents with high accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and speed.
- Generate weekly operational reports and analyze performance metrics.
- Maintain office inventory and manage supply orders for weekend coverage.
- Assist in training new temporary staff members during peak weekend periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or corporate support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend hours.
- Proven track record of maintaining strict data confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends (Saturday/Sunday) as required.
