- Lead cross-functional teams through Agile/Scrum methodologies to maintain sprint momentum
- Facilitate stakeholder communications across time zones during weekend cycles
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for weekend project milestones
- Generate comprehensive weekend project reports and performance analytics
- Mentor junior team members on project management best practices
- Coordinate resource allocation and budget tracking for weekend operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven track record in Agile/Scrum environments with weekend sprint delivery
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
