Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project lifecycles from initiation through completion on weekends.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Monitor project progress and report key metrics to senior leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Mentor weekend staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management or operations.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, or MS Project).
- Experience leading teams during off-hours or shift work is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions.
