Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, and delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and business units
- Implement Agile methodologies and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience in IT, software development, or SaaS environments
