Responsibilities
- Spearhead the end-to-end development and execution of our 2026 AI product roadmap.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks, seamlessly integrating them into our existing enterprise architecture.
- Establish robust AI governance frameworks, ensuring ethical AI practices and compliance with upcoming 2026 industry regulations.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with overarching business objectives and revenue goals.
- Optimize cloud-based machine learning pipelines for maximum efficiency, low latency, and massive scale.
- Act as the primary technical evangelist for the company's AI capabilities at industry conferences and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on machine learning and AI.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale AI/ML models into high-availability production environments.
- Deep, hands-on understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous AI agents, and modern MLOps practices.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Extensive experience with cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed computing frameworks.
