- Lead innovation sprints with C-suite executives to identify $100M+ market opportunities
- Pioneer proprietary frameworks for ethical AI governance and quantum-resistant security
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for prototype development and patent filings
- Present at Davos, CES, and Web Summit to position FutureWorks as a 2026 thought leader
- Mentor a global team of 15 futurists, engineers, and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies (2018-2023)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to $50M ARR
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Track record of securing 5+ patents in AI or quantum systems
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
