Key Responsibilities
- Architect and train large-scale foundation models capable of general reasoning and multi-modal synthesis.
- Conduct novel research in machine learning algorithms, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and interpretability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Ensure AI safety, alignment, and ethical usage in all deployed models.
- Publish research findings in top-tier academic conferences and journals.
- Optimize existing pipelines for deployment on massive distributed compute clusters.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of industry experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing.
- Experience with model compression and deployment on edge devices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead research initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
