Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML or equivalent with 8+ years industry experience
- Published 15+ papers in Nature/Science on quantum computing or generative AI
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to 10M+ user deployments
- Expertise in transformer architectures and federated learning
- Strong background in AI ethics and bias mitigation frameworks
- Experience securing $5M+ in government/venture funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
