This role demands a blend of technical acumen and strategic foresight to position us at the forefront of quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated AI, etc.) with $500M+ market potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with ROI modeling
- Establish partnerships with top-tier research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Drive innovation sprints using Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and their implications on global operations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science or peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute for the Future)
