Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the AI Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead High-Impact R&D: Spearhead research initiatives in Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models to create proprietary algorithms.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate complex AI concepts into actionable development roadmaps.
- Prototype & Innovate: Build and validate high-fidelity prototypes that demonstrate the feasibility of futuristic concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance culture by mentoring junior architects and data scientists, fostering a spirit of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and successfully integrating them into business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
