Responsibilities
- Architect and champion the overarching 2026 AI product vision, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term strategic goals.
- Conduct advanced market forecasting and competitive analysis to identify emerging AI trends and untapped opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data science teams to translate strategic concepts into actionable development roadmaps.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for innovation projects and present quarterly progress reports to the executive board.
- Act as the primary thought leader and subject matter expert on future AI capabilities for internal stakeholders and key clients.
- Drive the incubation of experimental AI models, taking successful prototypes from concept to full-scale production.
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech consortiums to keep FutureForge at the forefront of AI research.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field (MBA highly preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management, technology strategy, or AI innovation.
- Proven track record of successfully launching enterprise-scale machine learning or AI products to market.
- Deep understanding of modern AI architectures, LLMs, and the broader machine learning ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative startup environment.
