Responsibilities
- Architect and design the 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Evaluate and integrate next-generation AI models, including AGI-assisted development tools and autonomous agents.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for quantum-resistant cryptography and quantum machine learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to transition experimental tech into production environments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior engineers and data scientists.
- Monitor global tech trends to ensure FutureForge remains at the absolute cutting edge of the industry.
- Present architectural strategies and ROI projections to the executive board and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, or advanced technology leadership.
- Deep, demonstrable expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of emerging paradigms such as Quantum Computing and Web3/Decentralized architectures.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Rust, Go) and distributed systems design.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive, high-scale enterprise products.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
