Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI and digital transformation roadmap.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align future technology initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI, Web3, and quantum-safe technologies into existing enterprise systems.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of data scientists and software engineers.
- Establish KPIs to measure the ROI of transformation initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure all future-facing architectures comply with global data privacy and security standards.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling AI/ML initiatives in a large enterprise setting.
- Deep understanding of predictive analytics, generative AI, and next-gen cloud infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience operating in highly agile, fast-paced tech environments.
