Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026-2030 Technology Foresight Framework through continuous analysis of emerging tech vectors
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce annual 'Horizon Report' detailing disruptive opportunities and existential risks
- Architect strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs, AI research institutes, and space tech pioneers
- Present future-vision briefings to investors and board members using immersive VR presentations
- Oversee the 'Innovation Incubator' program for prototyping 2026-era technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting tech adoption curves (provide case studies)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, neurotech, or climate engineering
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gephi, Tableau)
