Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of research experience in quantum algorithms or machine learning
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)

- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and statistical modeling
- Experience leading technical teams and managing research projects
