Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field from top-tier institution
- 5+ years hands-on experience with superconducting qubit manipulation
- Publication record in quantum algorithm design (Nature/Science preferred)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum error correction frameworks
- Proven track record of translating theory to scalable hardware solutions
