Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor groups
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal impact
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our innovation incubator program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder influence skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
