Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models with a focus on generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization to meet 2026 performance benchmarks.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers in the research and implementation of novel AI algorithms.
- Ensure AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate technical requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI capabilities aligned with long-term business goals.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
