Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) for competitive advantage
- Develop cross-functional implementation roadmaps for next-gen digital transformation initiatives
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams with strategic vision and market opportunities
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for innovation portfolio performance
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership platforms
- Maintain competitive intelligence through deep-dive analysis of tech startups and academic research
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful futuristic technology initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into business strategies
- C-level presentation and stakeholder management experience
