Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, focusing on scalability and real-time inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for reduced latency and improved accuracy using techniques such as quantization and pruning.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging AI paradigms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage.
- Lead code reviews and technical architecture discussions for AI-driven products.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready machine learning systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
