Responsibilities
- Architect and spearhead the '2026 Technology Roadmap', identifying key disruptive technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) for integration.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to forecast technology trends leading up to 2026.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and executive teams to align future tech initiatives with core business objectives.
- Lead pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging technologies, measuring ROI and scalability.
- Act as the primary thought leader and subject matter expert on future tech trends for internal stakeholders.
- Secure funding and resources for innovative projects by delivering compelling business cases to the C-suite.
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, academic institutions, and industry consortiums.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technological concepts into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Deep understanding of next-generation technologies, including but not limited to Generative AI, AR/VR, and advanced cloud infrastructure.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving complex projects from ideation to execution.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous, and scaling tech environment.
