Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable infrastructure
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neuromorphic chips, decentralized networks) for strategic adoption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and sustainability teams
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and board members with data-backed impact projections
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators focused on 2026-era innovations
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment and advise on mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech advisory roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Policy (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investment committees on complex tech roadmaps
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Tech Futures Academy) or equivalent
