Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and AI ethics
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with product teams to translate future-tech concepts into viable solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons with global technology partners
- Manage technology incubation programs for next-gen innovations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Japanese preferred for global collaboration
