Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026+ innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI-human symbiosis
- Conduct horizon-scanning research using advanced data analytics to identify emerging trends and disruptive threats
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government entities, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business plans with measurable ROI projections
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee the implementation of innovation frameworks to accelerate R&D cycles and market entry
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Demonstrated success in launching at least two market-defining innovations
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership in top-tier publications
