Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to transform futuristic concepts into actionable business initiatives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author high-impact future reports and present visionary insights to investors and board members
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product roadmaps and corporate strategy cycles
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify paradigm-shifting threats/opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
