Responsibilities

- Translate foresight into actionable business plans with measurable KPIs
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment in 2026+ contexts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum applications
- Experience with technology adoption lifecycle frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., APF, CFIP)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
