- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities and product opportunities
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive strategy development
- Represent company vision at global forums on future economies and technological singularity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends and translating insights to business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic innovation frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and convergence dynamics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex futures into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent preferred
