What You Will Do:
We are looking for a leader who can translate complex challenges into elegant solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of AI systems, from initial concept to deployment at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for complex, real-time data environments.
- Lead the integration of quantum computing algorithms into existing neural networks.
- Oversee the training and fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model explainability, and ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver high-impact features.
- Mentor junior data scientists and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Monitor system performance and conduct rigorous A/B testing to optimize model accuracy.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Experience with transformer models, reinforcement learning, and federated learning.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering projects on tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
