Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ technological forecasts
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and disruptive market forces
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with C-suite executives and industry partners
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis and KPI tracking
- Present future trend reports to stakeholders including investors, government bodies, and media
- Mentor a team of 8+ innovation specialists and futurist researchers
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic foresight frameworks
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech/futurism publications
- Experience managing global innovation teams across multiple time zones
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive/board experience
