Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Author thought leadership reports and executive briefings on emerging paradigm shifts
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops with C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSFI, APF) required
