Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap aligned with company vision
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market trends for disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and executive leadership

- Mentor talent in strategic foresight methodologies and innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in launching market-disrupting products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Innovation Management
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making expertise
