- Develop and implement 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead horizon scanning across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Produce actionable future scenario reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Establish global futurist networks and academic partnerships
- Present future impact assessments to C-suite and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and societal trend analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
