Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal trends through 2026+ using quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Develop and maintain the company's strategic innovation roadmap with 5-year horizon planning
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate risks
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into development cycles
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and boards
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at major conferences
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field required
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and Fortune 500 leadership
- Published author in futurism or innovation thought leadership preferred
- Deep understanding of global innovation ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
