Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for 2026-era innovations
- Lead moonshot projects in quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, and spatial internet
- Identify and integrate bleeding-edge technologies into product ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite to align futurist initiatives with business strategy
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry forums
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and lead a world-class team of futurist researchers and engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, or decentralized systems
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing $5M+ in government or corporate R&D funding
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking abilities
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
