Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and strategy teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government futurist councils
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (neurointerfaces, AGI, climate engineering)
- Produce strategic whitepapers and future scenario analyses for C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and systems thinking
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in Web3/DeFi ecosystems and decentralized governance models
