Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune advanced machine learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Deploy scalable AI solutions to production environments using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and engineers.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and implement cutting-edge techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision projects.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
