Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal impacts through horizon-scanning methodologies
- Develop 10-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, energy, and mobility sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions using exponential technologies
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory evolutions affecting long-term tech adoption
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic impact modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, fusion energy)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published work in peer-reviewed futurism journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in multinational environments
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 implemented future-strategy initiatives
