- Design and facilitate strategic workshops to align cross-functional teams on future vision
- Author thought leadership publications and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenario work
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) highly valued
