Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technological trajectories through 2026 using AI-driven trend analysis
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence
- Lead innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future-ready solutions
- Author whitepapers on societal and economic impacts of emerging technologies
- Build and lead a global futurist network to identify and validate breakthrough opportunities
- Advise product teams on future-proofing architectures against technological disruption
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or neurotech
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends (provide portfolio)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, Horizon scanning)
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets for experimental initiatives
