Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging innovations into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional think tanks to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic research institutions and tech pioneers
- Create technology adoption roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify competitive advantages
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years experience in emerging technology analysis or innovation strategy
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into scalable solutions
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS) or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology roadmap implementations
