- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal future intelligence network
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences (e.g., Davos, SXSW)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, backcasting)
