Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 2026+ commercial potential
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for enterprise transformation
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Deliver executive briefings on technological disruption and market evolution
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Quantify ROI projections for futuristic initiatives through market simulation
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on future-proofing businesses
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, neurotech, or climate AI
- Exceptional data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or D3.js
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy (Harvard Business Review/MIT Tech Review preferred)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ enterprise-level future strategy implementations
