Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for 5-10 year organizational transformation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and board committees
- Partner with R&D teams to align emerging technologies with market demands
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future-of-industry predictions
- Manage horizon scanning ecosystem including academic partnerships and startup incubators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing long-term roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex futures concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
