- Design strategic frameworks for organizations to navigate 2026+ challenges and opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Lead the creation of proprietary foresight methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing future-facing frameworks with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
- Mastery of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complexity into action
