Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech) to map 2026 innovation pathways
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for emerging market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready initiatives
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry impact
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into R&D roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting future landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and systemic change modeling
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR)
