Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using advanced scenario modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, bio-integration, and AI ethics
- Architect sustainable innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and exponential growth targets
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer emerging technologies
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis and scenario planning tools
- Global perspective with experience in multi-stakeholder collaboration
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
